Partake in the great experience of a Philmont Backpacking Adventure.

The contingent is forming now. Don't miss the adventure!

 

American Red Cross Wilderness First Aid Basics Training and Certification

Be prepared for High Adventure trips and raise the safety level of your entire program.

Choose one weekend in March or May and CPR training is available!

 

The 2009 Double H Trek - CANCELED

This is a great opportunity to try a unique High Adventure trip with your fellow scouts.

Standard Adult Red Cross CPR & First Aid is acceptable. Join the contingent today!

 

IMPORTANT TREK INFORMATION

Down payments are due at Central MN Council by April 24, 2008.

Council contingent will be cancelled if not filled.

Boy Scouting's ranch located near Cimmaron, New Mexico.

Scouts can take part in hiking and backpacking expeditions through the mountains of New Mexico.

 

Northern Tier - www.ntier.org

Paddle through the pristine wilderness of the Boundary Waters Canoe area of Minnesota and the Quetico Provincial Park of Ontario. All groups are led by an interpreter. 

- Okpik - learn winter camping techniques as you sleep in a quinzee and cross country ski or snowshoe across frozen lakes.

Learn to scuba dive, explore coral reefs, have fun in the warm waters of the Florida keys or sail a tall ship to the Bahamas.
