Parker Cub Scout Summer Camp Staff Opportunities

 

Counselor-In-Training Staff

Boy Scouts (recommended age of 14, as of 6/1/08)

are encouraged to apply for one weekend or for the

entire summer. This is a great opportunity for Scouts

needing service hours for advancement.

Volunteer Staff

Boy Scouts (recommended age of 18, as of 6/1/08)

are encouraged to apply for one weekend or all five.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for

a volunteer role helping scouts at camp.

Camp Health Officer 

We need a trained Camp Health Officer for the Parker Scout Reservation.

This is a volunteer position and would be for 5 weekends only. You do not

have to commit to every weekend, but it would be appreciated if you could.

 

Preferred applicants will have one of the following qualifications:

  - Licensed Physician

  - RN, LPN, LVN

  - Paramedic/EMT

  - Military Corp Medic

  - First Responder Trained

Parade of Bikes 

The Central Minnesota Council and BLEND (Better Living: Exercise

& Nutrition Daily, a local coalition) present the "Parade of Bikes".

 

We are looking for community members to participate in this parade event that will be held in conjunction with the "Granite City Days".

There is NO FEE to participate and the first 2500 bicyclists who register will receive a FREE T-shirt.

 

Bring Mom, Dad, brothers and sisters to Whitney Park in St. Cloud

on June 28 for a wonderful event that will be officially recorded

as a World Record.
